I’ve always been obsessed with movement — how the body works, how skills connect, and how small details create big results.
That obsession turned into Motion by Mason, a coaching approach focused on precision, strength, and confidence.
I combine years of hands-on coaching with a deep understanding of body mechanics, strength development, and athlete safety. Every session is structured, purposeful, and tailored to the individual — because no two athletes move the same.
